Job Description
Odacious is hiring a Customer Service Representative to join our Operations Team.
Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer queries via social media, emails, chat, and calls.
- Resolve customer issues and complaints.
- Assist with order placement, tracking, cancellations, and refunds.
Requirements:
- Inter or Bachelor’s degree.
- 6 months to 1 year of customer service experience.
- Familiarity with ASANA, Shopify, or similar platforms.
- Strong communication skills.
