Job Description
Join our dynamic team as a Sales Executive! You’ll be responsible for achieving monthly sales targets by identifying potential clients and providing comprehensive customer support throughout their journey.
Your key responsibilities include:
- Achieving monthly sales targets by finding potential clients.
- Ensuring sales with end-to-end resolution by taking full ownership of customer issues.
- Providing standard solutions for client inquiries.
- Maintaining excellent customer engagement to enhance the customer experience.
- Managing the customer database and forecasting sales for untapped clients.
Preferred Skills & Requirements:
- Minimum bachelor’s degree.
- 1+ year of relevant sales experience.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
