Job Description
OmalbyKomal seeks 2 full-time E‑Commerce Customer Service Representatives based at Tariq Road, Karachi. Bachelor’s in Business Administration or Fashion/Textile Design preferred; fresh to 6 months relevant experience (1 year preferred). Responsibilities: pursue new sales prospects; maintain customer satisfaction; communicate promptly across channels; handle inquiries and complaints; process orders and requests; record interactions; coordinate with colleagues; manage junior CSRs; and suggest improvements. Know products thoroughly. Basic graphic design/editing (Photoshop and/or Canva) is a plus. Position is in-person with market-competitive salary. Email subject: Customer Services Representative.
