Job Description
Omni Academy & Consulting, a leader in training and development, is seeking a Service Operations Officer. We specialize in web development, Oracle ERP Fusion Cloud, SIEBEL CRM, data science, AI, and PRA Technology product support globally.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate daily service operations for efficient workflow.
- Monitor and enhance service delivery standards.
- Collaborate with team members to solve operational challenges.
- Maintain accurate records on service performance.
- Assist in training new staff on procedures.
Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree, experience in service operations, ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
Location: Civic Center, Bahria Town Phase 4 Islamabad preferred.
Salary: Starting from Rs40,00.00/month, full-time, in-person.
