Job Description
Join our team as a Quality Control Specialist overseeing product inspections, sampling, testing, and documentation to ensure compliance with company standards and regulatory requirements. You’ll perform incoming and in-process inspections, analyze test results, identify defects, and coordinate corrective actions with production and engineering. Maintain quality records, update procedures, and support continuous improvement initiatives. Required: bachelor’s degree in engineering, science, or related field (or equivalent), 2+ years QC experience, strong attention to detail, familiarity with ISO standards, basic statistical tools, and excellent communication skills. Proactive, organized, and able to work cross-functionally in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
