Job Description
One World Immigration Law Consultant is a leading immigration consultancy firm dedicated to providing comprehensive immigration services. We are currently seeking a vibrant and personable Receptionist to be the face of our organization.
Responsibilities:
- Manage the reception area with professionalism and warmth.
- Greet guests and assist clients with check-in/check-out.
- Provide information on visa services and direct clients to consultants.
- Handle inquiries from walk-in clients and over the phone.
- Support daily office operations and maintain a clean reception area.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
- 1–2 years of experience in a similar role.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
Job Type: Full-time (10:00 AM to 06:30 PM) | Work Location: In person.
