Job Description
We seek a Digital Customer Service Representative with 1–3 years in call center, telesales, or customer support (IT/digital preferred). You will make outbound calls to sell web development, SEO and digital services; build client relationships; assess needs and recommend solutions; handle objections and follow up. Must have basic web/SEO/digital marketing knowledge, strong English communication, persuasion and problem‑solving skills, and a bachelor’s in Business, Marketing, IT or related field.
