Job Description:
- Assist senior baristas with drink preparation.
- Cook tapioca pearls under supervision.
- Restock ingredients, cups, and toppings during shifts.
- Clean blenders, shaker cups, tools, and the bar station.
- Greet customers and take orders (without handling money).
- Ensure the work area remains clean, organized, and safe.
Compensation: Basic Salary + Bonus + Commissions + Meals.
Work Location: In-person.
