Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated HR Officer for our factory located in Karachi Gulzar e Hijri. Ideal candidates must have at least 2 years of experience as an HR Generalist, specifically within a factory environment.
Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree preferred.
Gender: Male only.
Responsibilities:
- Manage recruitment and onboarding processes.
- Administer employee benefits programs.
- Maintain HR data and systems.
- Process payroll accurately.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Rs55,00.00 – Rs65,00.00 per month
Work Location: In person at Karachi Gulzar-e-Hijri.
Requirements
- Physically and Mentally Healthy
