About the Role:

What You’ll Do:
- Manage customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat.
- Provide accurate information about products and services.
- Resolve complaints with patience and professionalism.
- Maintain detailed customer records.
- Collaborate with other departments for effective support.
Requirements: Strong communication skills, basic computer knowledge, empathy, patience, and prior customer service experience is a plus.
Pay: Rs65,00.00 – Rs75,00.00 per month. Full-time position.
