Job Description
We are hiring a Sales and Growth Executive (SaaS) to drive customer acquisition, revenue growth, and retention. You will qualify leads, conduct demos, manage the pipeline, close deals, and collaborate with marketing and product to optimize the funnel and pricing.
Requirements: 2+ years in SaaS sales, proven quota achievement, strong negotiation and presentation skills, CRM proficiency (e.g., HubSpot/Salesforce), data-driven mindset, and excellent communication. KPI focus: MRR, ARR, conversion rate, and churn. Competitive salary, commission, and growth opportunities.
