Job Description
Job Summary
We are hiring Field Sales & Marketing Executives to actively promote our SaaS products, meet potential clients in person, generate leads, and maintain accurate records in a CRM system. This is a target-driven, results-focused role requiring daily field activity and disciplined reporting.
Key Responsibilities
- Visit businesses daily to promote company SaaS products
- Identify potential customers and generate qualified leads
- Conduct initial product introductions and schedule demos
- Maintain complete and accurate lead records in the CRM system
- Update lead status, meeting outcomes, and next actions daily
- Follow up with prospects via calls, WhatsApp, or in-person visits
- Collect market feedback and report competitor insights
- Meet weekly and monthly lead and meeting targets
Mandatory Requirements
- Proven experience in field sales, marketing, or business development
- Hands-on experience using any CRM system (HubSpot, Pipedrive, Zoho, or similar)
- Strong discipline in logging leads, activities, and follow-ups
- Ability to plan daily routes and manage multiple client meetings
- Good communication and negotiation skills
- Comfortable with target-based performance evaluation
- Own smartphone with internet access
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience selling SaaS, software, or digital products
- Understanding of sales pipelines and lead stages
- Familiarity with Google Forms, mobile CRMs, or sales apps
- Prior B2B sales experience is a plus
Performance Metrics
- Number of leads generated per day
- Meetings conducted per week
- CRM accuracy and timely updates
- Conversion rate from meeting to demo
- Follow-up compliance and response quality
Compensation
- Fixed salary + sales-based commission

Important Notes
- Daily CRM updates are mandatory
- Leads without proper CRM logging will not be counted
- Performance is evaluated strictly on measurable results
