Job Description
We are seeking a professional Provincial Secretary to support the provincial governor’s office by coordinating administration, managing official correspondence, organizing meetings, and overseeing documentation and public records. The role requires strong communication, organizational leadership, and the ability to liaise with government departments and stakeholders.
Requirements: bachelor’s degree in public administration, law, or related field; 5+ years administrative or government experience; excellent English and local language skills; high integrity and discretion. Proven project management and policy coordination skills preferred.
