Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Production In-charge to lead our Offset Packaging division at Pakistan Packages (Pvt.) Ltd. in Korangi Industrial Area, Karachi. The ideal candidate will manage end-to-end production operations, optimizing productivity while ensuring quality standards.
Key Responsibilities: Oversee manufacturing processes, manage daily production schedules, lead staff, ensure optimal machine utilization, collaborate with teams, and implement efficiency initiatives.
Requirements: Minimum 5 years experience in offset printing/packaging management, strong knowledge of Heidelberg, KBA, Novacut machines, proven leadership, and excellent communication skills.
