Job Description
Machine Learning Engineer — Paklogics (Faisalabad, onsite). Shift: 5:00 PM–2:00 AM. We seek an experienced Python AI/ML Developer with 2+ years building, training, and deploying ML and NLP models, including LLMs, LangChain, RAG, and fine-tuning. Responsibilities include backend development using FastAPI/Flask/Django, data preprocessing with Pandas/NumPy/SQL, model deployment and optimization, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable AI solutions. Requirements: strong ML algorithms, deep learning and NLP knowledge, Python proficiency, hands-on RAG and model tuning experience, and solid communication skills.
