Job Description
Pakson International Plastic Industries (Pvt.) Ltd is seeking a highly competent and result-driven Head of Production. The ideal candidate will have a B.Sc. in Mechanical Engineering and 10–15 years of experience in high-volume manufacturing. Responsibilities include leading production, ensuring quality standards, and expertise in mechanical processes, production planning, and optimization.
Strong leadership skills and experience in managing cross-functional teams are essential. Proficiency in ERP systems is a plus.

Pay: Rs130,00.00 – Rs200,00.00 per month
