About the Role: Pakson International Plastic Industries (Pvt.) Ltd is seeking a visionary and detail-oriented Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to drive our financial strategy and operations. The ideal candidate is a CA-qualified professional with 10–15 years of experience in financial leadership, preferably in a manufacturing or growth-focused setting.
Key Responsibilities include developing financial strategies, overseeing budgeting and forecasting, ensuring compliance, managing cash flow, and mentoring the finance team.
Key Requirements are a mandatory CA certification, expertise in strategic finance, a strong grasp of financial regulations, and excellent leadership skills.
