Job Description
Lead our Health Systems Planning team to design and implement strategic, scalable health programs. You will manage cross-functional teams, conduct needs assessments, develop system-wide plans, coordinate stakeholders, oversee budgets, and ensure compliance and quality improvement. Deliverables include M&E frameworks, implementation roadmaps, and technical guidance for health information systems. Requirements: Master’s in Public Health, Health Administration, or related field; 7+ years in health systems planning with 3+ years in a leadership role; strong analytical, communication, and project management skills; experience with health information systems preferred. Proven stakeholder engagement and program delivery record required.
