Job Description
We seek a full-time RMNCH Coordinator & Trainer to strengthen Skilled Birth Attendants and PHC providers in selected KP districts. The role will develop WHO-aligned ToT materials, train frontline PHC staff on early maternal and newborn danger sign recognition, Essential Newborn Care (ENC), stabilization and referral protocols, and establish district mentorship and supportive supervision. You will strengthen PHC-level referral systems and build capacity for timely referrals to THQ/DHQ, contributing to health systems strengthening and improved newborn outcomes. In-person role focused on quality clinical standards and routine application of ENC practices.
