Position Overview:

Key Responsibilities:
- Academic Support:
- Assist students in developing their educational plans and selecting appropriate courses.
- Provide guidance on academic requirements and help students understand institutional policies.
- Support students in tracking their academic progress and identifying areas for improvement.
- Career Guidance:
- Help students explore career options based on their interests and strengths.
- Provide resources and advice on job search strategies, resume writing, and interview preparation.
- Conduct workshops and seminars on career development topics.
- Personal Development:
- Offer support to students facing personal challenges that may impact their academic performance.
- Refer students to appropriate mental health services as needed.
- Promote student wellness and resilience through various programs and initiatives.
- Outreach and Engagement:
- Participate in orientation sessions for new students to introduce them to available resources.
- Develop informational materials to promote counseling services.
- Collaborate with faculty and staff to enhance student support services.
Qualifications:
Education:
- Minimum of 16 years of education.
Experience:
- No prior experience required.
Skills and Abilities:
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to build rapport and maintain effective relationships with students and colleagues.
- Basic knowledge of counseling practices and ethical standards.
- Good organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Working Conditions:
