Job Description
Qualification:
- Post RN/BScN
- BLS, ACLS Certified
Experience:
- 1-2 years of working experience as a Nursing Instructor
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and conduct Competency based Education for newly enrolled staff.
- Coordinate and conduct in-service sessions, workshops, training courses and CPR courses for nursing staff and requesting dept.
- Participates in planning, developing, and evaluating educational modules, outlines, performance checklists/evaluation tools for educational programs.
- Teach and implement nursing policies and procedures and observe its compliance in nursing practices.
- Prepare monthly reports of orientee’s and staff development activities and submit to immediate supervisor.
