Job Summary
The Branch Manager will be responsible for overall management, growth, and performance of the Manawala branch. This role includes sales leadership, team management, student recruitment operations, compliance with international university partners, and ensuring excellent client experience while achieving assigned targets.
Key Responsibilities1. Branch Operations & Management
- Manage day-to-day operations of the Manawala branch in line with company policies
- Ensure smooth functioning of counseling, admissions, and processing activities
- Maintain branch discipline, professional environment, and service standards
2. Sales & Business Development
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual student enrollment targets
- Develop and implement local marketing and sales strategies
- Generate leads through schools, colleges, events, seminars, and referrals
- Monitor lead allocation, maturity, and conversion ratios
3. Team Leadership & Performance
- Lead, supervise, and motivate counselors and support staff
- Conduct regular training sessions on counseling skills, destinations, and compliance
- Monitor individual KPIs and provide performance feedback
- Ensure effective communication with clients (walk-ins, calls, follow-ups)
4. Reporting & Coordination
- Submit weekly, fortnightly, and monthly reports to Head Office
(leads, conversions, pending cases, visa outcomes, revenue)
- Coordinate with processing unit and CRM team for accurate documentation
- Ensure timely updates in CRM system
5. Student Counseling & Quality Assurance
- Provide or supervise accurate counseling for international study destinations
- Ensure ethical counseling and transparency with students and parents
- Handle escalations, complaints, and sensitive cases professionally
6. Compliance & Partner Relations
- Ensure compliance with university, embassy, and internal SOPs
- Maintain updated knowledge of partner universities and visa requirements
- Support Head Office in partner meetings, audits, and official visits
7. Branch Growth & Brand Representation
- Represent Pathways Global Education professionally in the local market
- Build strong relationships with educational institutions and stakeholders
- Contribute ideas for branch growth, new destinations, and service improvement
Required Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (Education, Management, or relevant field preferred)
- 3–5 years of experience in education consultancy or student recruitment
- At least 1–2 years in a supervisory or managerial role
- Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills
- Target-driven mindset with problem-solving ability
- Proficient in CRM systems, reporting, and MS Office
