Job Description
PayMedics is seeking a talented System Support Engineer to resolve Microsoft Outlook issues and provide email support. You should have proficiency in Windows and iOS troubleshooting, familiarity with network protocols, firewalls, and security practices, and experience with virtualization technologies like VMware and Hyper-V.
Responsibilities include technical support for hardware and software issues, system installation, configuration, maintenance, troubleshooting, and collaboration with IT teams for seamless operations. A strong understanding of networking devices such as switches, routers, and access points is essential.
Requirements: 1-2 years of experience, a relevant degree (BSCS/BSIT/BS Computer Engineering), and CCNA & CCNP certifications preferred.
