Job Description:

Practice Care Solutions is seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented AR Executive to join our growing team in the Medical Billing department. As an AR Executive, you will play a crucial role in optimizing revenue collection, reducing denials, and ensuring timely reimbursement for our clients.

Responsibilities:

Accounts Receivable Management:

Effectively manage and analyze accounts receivable to identify and resolve outstanding issues.

Conduct regular follow-ups on unpaid claims, denials, and underpayments.

Claim Processing:

Review and process medical claims to ensure accuracy and compliance with billing regulations.

Identify and address discrepancies in claims to facilitate prompt reimbursement.

Denial Management:

Investigate claim denials and take proactive measures to resolve issues and prevent future denials.

Collaborate with internal teams and payers to appeal and overturn denied claims.

Payment Posting:

Accurately post payments received from insurance companies and patients.

Reconcile payments with outstanding balances and identify any discrepancies.

Communication:

Communicate effectively with insurance companies, healthcare providers, and internal teams to address inquiries and resolve issues.

Provide regular updates on claim status to clients and internal stakeholders.

Performance Metrics:

Meet and exceed key performance indicators (KPIs) related to accounts receivable and claim resolution.

Contribute to the continuous improvement of billing processes and workflows.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience.

1 to 2 years of experience in the Accounts Receivable Department within the healthcare industry.

In-depth knowledge of medical billing processes, CPT and ICD coding, and insurance claim submission.

Familiarity with healthcare regulations and compliance requirements.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Proficiency in using medical billing software and Microsoft Office applications.

Location: Gulberg II, Lahore

Salary: Market Competitive

Experience: 1 to 2 years in the Accounts Receivable Department

Shift Pattern: 7 PM to 4 AM (Night Shift)
