Job Description
Join Penta Express as a Telesales Executive. Make outbound calls to introduce our services, generate and nurture leads, update customer records in CRM, and close sales to meet monthly and quarterly targets. Build strong client relationships and collaborate with sales and marketing to execute effective strategies. Requirements: fresh candidates or up to 1 year proven telesales/telemarketing experience; excellent verbal English and Urdu; negotiation and closing skills; organized and able to work under pressure; Microsoft Office and CRM familiarity preferred; bachelor’s degree preferred but intermediate with relevant experience considered. Location: Brooks Chowrangi, Korangi Industrial Area. Full-time, in-person role.
