Job Description
Join Pentagon Food Group Ltd as a Customer Sales Representative, where you will manage allocated accounts and foster sustainable growth through upselling and cross-selling. This on-site position requires a strong focus on customer service and sales strategies.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Manage online and phone orders.
- Execute daily assigned calls.
- Enhance customer experience.
- Maintain sales growth and reduce churn.
Qualifications:
- 1-2 years in Food & Beverage/FMCG sales.
- Bachelor’s in Business Administration.
- Fluent in English (both written and spoken).
Work hours: 01:00 PM – 10:00 PM (Sunday – Friday). Salary: Rs55,00.00 – Rs60,00.00 per month.
