Job Description
Join our team at PEOPLE PVT LTD as a Front Desk Officer! In this role, you will be responsible for greeting and welcoming guests, handling all incoming and outgoing mail, and ensuring exceptional customer service for our residents and visitors. You’ll entertain and address complaints, manage accounts for community charges, and implement community regulations while coordinating office activities.
Qualifications & Experience: We seek candidates with a graduation degree and 1 to 2 years of relevant experience. Strong communication skills, proficiency in MS Excel, and knowledge of QuickBooks are essential.
