Job Description
PEOPLE PVT LTD seeks a Brand Manager (ATL/BTL) in Islamabad to develop annual brand plans and lead 360° marketing campaigns (ATL, BTL, Digital). You will manage agency relationships, timelines, budgets, and campaign performance; analyze brand health, market share, and competitor activity; collaborate with Sales, Trade Marketing, and Design; support new product launches, packaging and sales enablement; and produce brand content (web, social, catalogues, presentations). Requires BBA/MBA in Marketing, 6–8 years in brand planning (FMCG, building materials, paints or durable goods preferred), proven agency and budget management experience. Full-time, in-person.
