Job Description

PEOPLE PVT LTD is hiring a Restaurant General Manager in Lahore. You will oversee daily operations, ensure outstanding guest experiences, lead hiring, training, scheduling, and coach staff to meet service standards. Responsibilities include cost control, inventory and budget management, and enforcing SOPs, hygiene, and safety. Candidates should have proven GM experience in restaurants or F&B, strong leadership and people management, excellent communication, and problem-solving skills.
