Job Description

Overview: We are seeking a Team Lead Production to partner with the shift floor labor supervisor in ensuring labor presence and material availability on production lines. You will provide leadership and line management, coordinating team workloads while fostering a culture of safety.
Responsibilities:
- Ensure adequate labor, including packers/helpers and Tapers, on lines.
- Maximize product yields and minimize waste through effective labor utilization.
- Monitor inventory levels and ensure compliance with production targets.
- Oversee operations in the absence of the Front-Line Manager and engage with frontline associates.
Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering.
