Job Description
PepsiCo is seeking a dynamic Talent Acquisition Lead to spearhead our end-to-end recruitment efforts in Pakistan. This pivotal role will involve close collaboration with business leaders and HRBPs to build high-performing teams.
Key responsibilities include managing the full-cycle recruitment process, delivering key hiring KPIs, and enhancing candidate experience. The ideal candidate will have 4-6 years of experience with a BSC/BBA/MBA degree. You will also drive diversity and inclusion initiatives and lead the implementation of global TA tools.
