Job Description
Physicians Revenue Group is seeking a Senior Business Analyst with a strong background in healthcare, specifically with experience in CureMD, CareCloud, or related EMR systems. In this role, you will collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, design workflows, and convert business needs into technical solutions.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct requirement-gathering sessions and prepare documentation.
- Develop wireframes and process flow diagrams.
- Write user stories and acceptance criteria.
- Support development and QA teams throughout the project lifecycle.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
- 5+ years of BA experience in healthcare/EMR.
- Familiarity with CureMD or CareCloud required.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
