Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated NOC Engineer to join our team at Physicians Revenue Group. In this role, you will:
- Monitor network systems, servers, and applications using NOC tools and dashboards.
- Detect, diagnose, and resolve network incidents, outages, and performance issues.
- Respond to alerts and tickets promptly while escalating issues as necessary.
- Collaborate with internal teams and vendors to troubleshoot and resolve complex issues.
- Perform routine checks and maintenance tasks to ensure infrastructure stability.
- Generate and maintain documentation related to network operations, incident handling, and standard operating procedures.
