Job Description
Physicians Revenue Group (via Tekboox) is hiring a Patient Support Executive to verify insurance eligibility, process prior authorizations, coordinate referrals, manage scheduling and front desk check-ins, maintain EMR records, handle patient calls/emails, and collaborate with clinical and billing teams while ensuring HIPAA compliance. Required: 2–3 years in patient services, front desk, or healthcare administration; hands-on insurance verification and prior authorization experience; strong communication and multitasking skills. Preferred: familiarity with US healthcare systems, EMR/EHR experience, and excellent English. Location: DHA Phase 3, Y Block, Lahore. Shift: Night (7:00 PM–4:00 AM), onsite 5 days/week.
