Job Description
Pinnacle Enterprise is excited to announce an opening for the position of Customer Support Executive – Inbound. We are looking for exceptional individuals to join our dynamic team.
Responsibilities:
- Engage with customers via phone, email, and chat.
- Provide accurate information on product availability and pricing.
- Address customer complaints and offer solutions.
Qualifications: Fluent in English, 2 years of experience, strong multitasking skills.

Job Details: Evening/Night shifts, 5 days/week, Karachi. Salary: Rs55,00 – Rs75,00/month.
