Job Description
Join our DHA Phase 2 Ext, Karachi office as a Customer Support Executive. Handle phone, email, and chat inquiries; provide product, pricing, and availability info; resolve complaints. Requirements: fluent spoken English, 2+ years international customer support, strong multitasking and phone etiquette. Evening/night shifts; 5 days, full-time, in-person. Salary Rs55,00–Rs75,00/month; benefits include insurance, EOBI, transport, and performance raises.
