Job Description
We are seeking an enthusiastic individual to oversee our fuel station operations and ensure exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Welcome and guide customers at the pump.
- Supervise fuel staff and shift activities.
- Ensure fast and polite service.
- Handle customer complaints on the spot.
- Maintain cleanliness and safety at the station.
- Check fuel readings and report daily sales.
Requirements:
- Experience in fuel stations or retail preferred.
- Good communication & people-handling skills.
- Responsible, active, and presentable.
