Job Description
As Manager of Sustainability, you will develop and implement sustainability strategies, lead ESG initiatives, manage carbon and waste reduction programs, and integrate sustainability into operations. You will coordinate stakeholder engagement, prepare sustainability reports and disclosures, track KPIs, ensure regulatory compliance, and lead a small cross-functional team. Candidates should have a bachelor’s degree in environmental science, engineering, or a related field, 5+ years of sustainability or corporate responsibility experience, strong project management, data analysis, and communication skills, and familiarity with GHG accounting, ISO standards, and sustainability reporting frameworks.
