Job Description
Lead and oversee day-to-day quality operations on the manufacturing floor, ensuring products meet company and regulatory standards. Coach and mentor QA technicians, develop and maintain inspection plans, perform root-cause analysis, and drive corrective and preventive actions (CAPA). Coordinate with production, engineering, and supply chain to resolve nonconformances, implement process improvements, and reduce defects and scrap. Maintain quality documentation, samples, and reports; support audits and continuous improvement initiatives. Requires 3+ years in manufacturing quality, strong knowledge of ISO/TS/AS standards and statistical process control, excellent communication and problem-solving skills, and experience leading teams. Bachelor’s degree preferred.
