Job Description
We are seeking a Territory Sales Supervisor to lead a field sales team, drive revenue growth, and oversee operations across an assigned region. You will set targets, coach and motivate sales representatives, develop territory plans, build strong customer relationships, and monitor performance metrics. Responsibilities include forecasting, analyzing sales data, coordinating promotions, and ensuring excellent customer service. The ideal candidate has 3+ years of sales experience with proven leadership, strong communication, negotiation, and analytical skills, and willingness to travel.
