Job Description
This role ensures reliable operation of data center physical infrastructure including power, cooling, rack/cabling, and access control. You will monitor systems, respond to incidents, perform routine maintenance, coordinate vendors, and manage installation and decommissioning tasks. Required: 3+ years in data center or facilities operations, knowledge of UPS, PDUs, CRAC/CRAH, raised-floor management, structured cabling, and HVAC basics. Strong troubleshooting, documentation, safety compliance, and ticketing system experience are essential. Must be available for rotating shifts and on-call support. Certifications such as CompTIA Server+, Uptime, or BICSI are a plus.
