Job Description
Postex is seeking a dedicated and motivated Issue Resolution Officer to join our team in Sialkot. The ideal candidate will manage customer and merchant complaints, ensuring prompt resolutions while coordinating effectively with internal departments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure same-day closure of complaint tickets.
- Efficiently handle walk-in customers and self-collection complaints.
- Coordinate with Customer Service and Operations teams.
- Manage escalations and product-related complaints.
- Maintain accurate complaint records and follow up on pending issues.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree (minimum 14 years of education).
- Experience in logistics, courier, or e-commerce preferred.
Pay: Rs30,00.00 – Rs37,00.00 per month
