Job Description
Power Highway is hiring a Floor Supervisor to ensure excellent customer service and a well-organized display floor. You will attend to customers, present products, achieve primary and secondary sales targets, identify needs, recommend solutions, and cross-sell when appropriate. Candidates must have at least one year of experience as a Marketing or Sales Executive, working knowledge of quotation systems, good English communication, basic IT skills, and strong analytical ability. This full-time, in-person role offers a competitive salary, lunch, and attractive commission. Familiarity with retail floor operations and the ability to lead by example are a plus.
