Job Description

The District Programme Officer coordinates and implements district-level programs, liaising with local partners and stakeholders while monitoring project progress and budgets. Key duties include planning activities, conducting field visits, providing technical support and capacity building, preparing timely reports, and ensuring compliance with organizational policies. Requirements: bachelor’s degree in development, social sciences, or a related field, 3+ years of program management experience, strong communication and problem-solving skills, and willingness to travel within the district.
