Job Description
Premier Industrial Chemicals Mfg. Co. (Pvt) Ltd. is seeking a dedicated and experienced Security Supervisor to join our team. This full-time position offers a competitive salary of Rs45,00.00 – Rs50,00.00 per month.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and manage a team of security guards, including scheduling, training, and performance management.
- Oversee day-to-day security operations, including access control and surveillance.
- Identify and assess security risks; develop mitigation strategies.
- Implement emergency response plans for various security incidents.
- Ensure compliance with relevant security laws and regulations.
- Conduct investigations into security incidents.
- Prepare and submit regular reports on security incidents with recommendations for improvement.
