Job Description
Premio Travels & Tours is looking for a friendly and motivated Customer Service Officer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will assist customers by answering inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or in person.
- Handle complaints and provide appropriate solutions.
- Maintain customer records and update account information.
- Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction.

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic computer skills.
- Ability to remain calm under pressure.
- Previous customer service experience is a plus.
