Job Summary:

Prestige Plastics Private Limited is looking for an experienced HR & Admin Manager to oversee all aspects of human resources and office administration. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth HR operations, regulatory compliance, and efficient office management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end recruitment and onboarding processes.
• Oversee employee records, attendance, and HR documentation.
• Handle employee relations and ensure compliance with company policies.
• Administer payroll, employee benefits, and statutory compliance.
• Support performance appraisals and employee development.
• Supervise daily office administration and maintain safety standards.
