Job Responsibilities:
- Hire, train, and lead a team of riders.
- Maintain records of daily deliveries.
- Oversee inventory management when needed.
- Assign workloads to Riders and Order Packers.
- Handle cash and bank deposits.
- Provide daily reports to the Hub In-charge & Headquarters.
Requirements: 1+ years in a 3PL company with team leadership experience and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
Pay: Rs 45,00.00 – Rs 50,00.00 per month
