Job Description
PriceOye seeks a full-time, in-person Customer Service Representative in Sector I-9, Islamabad. Serve as first contact via phone, email, chat, and social media: provide product info, pricing, availability; handle orders, returns, exchanges; escalate issues and maintain policy knowledge. Requires bachelor’s degree, strong communication, problem-solving, MS Office and customer service software skills, and weekend/holiday flexibility. Salary PKR 28,00–35,00/month plus performance bonus up to PKR 12,00.
