Position Summary
The Corporate Event Manager is responsible for planning, organizing, and executing corporate events that align with the company’s brand, business objectives, and stakeholder expectations. This role manages end-to-end event delivery, ensuring seamless execution, effective vendor coordination, budget control, and high-quality experiences for internal and external audiences.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, manage, and execute corporate events such as conferences, seminars, product launches, town halls, leadership meetings, client engagements, and company celebrations.
- Develop event concepts, project timelines, budgets, and execution plans aligned with organizational goals.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders including leadership, marketing, HR, sales, and operations teams.
- Source, negotiate, and manage vendors such as venues, caterers, event agencies, production teams, and suppliers.
- Oversee all event logistics including venue setup, audio-visual requirements, branding, registration, guest management, and on-site coordination.
- Manage and track event budgets, ensuring cost-effective planning and delivery.
- Ensure brand guidelines, messaging, and presentation standards are consistently applied across all events.
- Handle contracts, permits, compliance requirements, and risk management related to events.
- Lead and supervise event staff, coordinators, and external partners before and during events.
- Manage virtual and hybrid events, including digital platforms and attendee engagement tools.
- Conduct post-event evaluations, gather feedback, and prepare event performance and ROI reports.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and legal requirements.
- The role will not be limited to only one branch but also the other branches of the company.
Requirements
- 1-2 years of experience in corporate event management, event planning, or a related role.
- Proven experience managing end-to-end corporate events, including large-scale and executive-level events.
- Strong project management and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple events simultaneously.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience working with vendors, agencies, and cross-functional teams.
- Strong budgeting, cost control, and financial tracking skills.
- Ability to manage high-pressure situations and tight deadlines.
- Creative mindset with strong attention to detail.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends or travel, as required for events.
- Results-driven, proactive, and quality-focused approach to event delivery.
- Traveling to other branches will be required when it’s needed.
Shift Timings: 7:00 PM – 5:00 AM
